Marganne Pearce had the pleasure of serving on staff at Bent Tree Bible Fellowship in Carrollton, Texas, for almost 20 years in the area of global work. She received great joy in overseeing the training of leaders and the sending of short-term global worker teams around the world. In addition, Marganne oversaw the care of the many global workers Bent Tree Bible supported. She saw first-hand what their lives looked like – the victories, the challenges, and the needs. Marganne was on staff at The Ascent Church in Monument, CO prior to retiring in June 2020.

Marganne is a native Coloradan. She and her husband, Mark, moved from Dallas to Monument in 2016, in part to care for her aging parents. They have two grown children who are both married and live in Dallas, and on New Years Eve they welcomed their first grandchild. They very recently determined that they needed and desired to be back where their children were, and to be an active part of their grandchild’s life, so they moved back to the Dallas area. In their spare time they enjoy being outdoors, hiking, and playing golf.
