This is a NEW THRIVE OFFERING - a FIVE NIGHT CONTEMPLATIVE RETREAT
You will be able to meet with a Spiritual Director and a Counselor daily.
You will be treated to your own room and breakfast and dinner daily.
Join us nightly for a time of worship.


The value of your retreat experience is approximately $2200 USD. However, the only cost to you is a registration fee of $500 USD and any transportation expenses to and from the retreat. Generous Thrive donors allow us to provide your hotel stay in a SINGLE room, breakfast and dinner daily, meeting expenses, gratuities and other miscellaneous expenses at no additional cost to you.

Retreat attendees must be full-time, support-based, cross-cultural workers from the U.S. and Canada, currently living overseas. If you have attended a Thrive retreat in the past, you are welcome to join us for this new offering, redardless of how long it has been since you last joined us. Retreat Attendee Schedule:

Day 1 MON Arrivals, settle in, welcome, dinner, worship
Day 2 TUES Breakfast, meet with your Spiritual Director and Counselor, lunch on own, free time, dinner together, evening worship
Day 3 WED Breakfast, meet with your Spiritual Director and Counselor, lunch on own, free time, dinner together, evening worship
Day 4 THURS Breakfast, meet with your Spiritual Director and Counselor, lunch on own, free time, dinner together, evening worship
Day 5 FRI Breakfast, meet with your Spiritual Director and Counselor, lunch on own, free time, dinner together, evening worship and closing
Day 6 SAT Breakfast and departures

We will begin at 4:00 p.m. on the first afternoon and conclude the evening of Day 5, you may depart at anytime on Day 6.

Please note:
All other personal expenses incurred while traveling will be yours to cover (such as tourist activities, personal shopping, extra snacks, etc.).
Hotel check-in is at 3 p.m. Thrive Registration is at 4 p.m. Please try to arrive by 4 p.m. to be present for the start of our time together.
Lunch is not included. You will have ample free time each day to explore the city or relax at the hotel, along with trying out local restaurants for lunch!
HEALTH & WELLNESS: Post-pandemic, we are implementing a new Wellness Protocol at our in-person retreats.
